GENERAL INFORMATION

Photograph Packages

Our wedding packages cover the photographer’s time on site, the quantity of photographs to be taken and the display of all photos taken on a private page within our website. From here they can be viewed and ordered by all those in possession of your username and password.

Album Options (Optional)

If you would like a filled Wedding Album please select one or more of the five Album Options available.

If you do not find an Album Option that suits you, please get in touch and we will build one for you. We have our own album and frame company called Locketts and we can incorporate any of our albums into an Album Option.

DVD and CD Options (Optional)

Both high and low resolution images are available for sale on CD or DVD. High resolution images are sold with a licence to enable you to print and transmit our © images. DVD & CD Options

Online Photographs

Whether we like it or not we are now in the digital age and contact sheets and proof photos are a thing of the past. Unless otherwise arranged and quoted for all our wedding proof photographs will be displayed online only.

To view photos online please logon to www.richardgreenlyphoto.co.uk click photos on line which you will find on the home page then click wedding photos on line. Now insert the username and password that you will have been given. I you would like to view our sample wedding please insert the word sample into both the username and password boxes or click sample wedding.

Photographers

We cover all weddings except very large and some London weddings with one photographer. We are happy to quote and provide a second photographer on request.

Colour or Black and White

All photographs taken will be available in both black and white and colour. They will be displayed in colour on the internet but you can opt for black and white if you like. Both formats cost exactly the same.

Booking your Wedding

Firstly, please complete our online booking form. On receipt of this form we will confirm our availability and send you a full quote and confirmation through the post and via e-mail. If you would like to talk through the details before completing the form please call on 01488685256.

Please be aware that we can only quote accurately if the booking form is FULLY completed.

Please also be aware that a wedding booking is NOT confirmed until you are in possession of a written booking confirmation letter.

Travel

We cover weddings all over the UK and Europe and nowadays the cost of this travel is very significant and sadly, has to be charged for. Our travel charges for weddings are based on .72 pence per mile for the first 150 miles and less thereafter. If in any doubt please ask for a quote.

Prices

All prices quoted in this website include VAT. All prices are subject to change at RGP Ltd’s discretion without further notice.

Engagement sittings – "discount"

This is a very important part of the "getting married bit"!! These sittings can be done in our studios in Hungerford or if you would like informal outside shots, I am happy to come to you. We offer a 15% discount on our engagement sitting prices to those who have booked their wedding with us, sample photographs can be seen in our adult gallery and at home gallery.

Framing

We have our own framing company on site with our studios called Locketts of Hungerford. This enables us to offer you the following services, which can all be found in All Products and Services.

Copyright

Unless otherwise arranged the copyright of all images taken by us at your wedding remain the property of the photographer. On occasions when you buy high resolution images we will include a licence for you to print and transmit these images. Should you wish to purchase the copyright of a particular image please get in touch. Should you wish to publish an image please get in touch as more often than not we are more than happy to settle for a photo credit rather than money! Our copyright policy protects you as well as us.
