INTRODUCTION

One often hears of Weddings that have been ruined by slow and pedantic photographers who keep everyone waiting while they get things just right. Our approach is very different and while we agree that good formal photos are a necessity, the majority of our coverage is made up of informal, un-posed and spontaneous shots of the day's proceedings. We offer 3 totally flexible Wedding packages. One of which, with a little bending here and there, should suit you perfectly. Each of our three wedding packages are described in Wedding Packages. You can enlarge each package by opting for more time and photographs.

PHOTOGRAPHERS

Only Richard Greenly (50’s!) and Edward Shepherd (30’s) cover weddings for Richard Greenly Photography Ltd. Both photographers have enormous wedding experience all over the world and both produce identical coverage and results, quickly, unobtrusively and with a big smile.

SECOND PHOTOGRAPHERS

Weddings with up to 325 guests can easily be covered by one photographer. If weddings are larger than this and full coverage of the guests is important, it is often wise for us to use two photographers. This has added advantages because we can then be in two places at once, i.e. Church and Bride’s house, we can also shoot scenes from different angles and having a second photographer also adds more photographs to the coverage. FILM OR DIGITAL

We cover all our weddings in the Digital format but still offer you the option of having a film coverage if you so wish. Film coverage adds 25% to the wedding price. The method in which we present the photographs to you is the same for either Film or Digital Weddings see presentation methods. Please make your selection of Digital or Film coverage on the wedding booking form.

We are also happy to provide discs containing low resolution images for viewing on computer screens. Discs cost £17.50 each. These discs are the copyright of Richard Greenly Photography Ltd and designed to be viewed on a computer or television screen only.

INTERNET VIEWING AND RE-ORDER SERVICE

To allow your guests to view and or order copies of your wedding photographs, we place all photographs on a private page within our website which is accessible by anyone in possession of your unique username and password. To see a sample page visit Weddings online sample page.

This service is free of charge and is totally optional and if you wish to use it, you should tick the appropriate box on the booking form.

BLACK AND WHITE PHOTOGRAPHS

Both colour and black and white prints are available from all photographs taken digitally. In the initial instance all photographs will be printed in colour. If you would like certain scenes produced in black and white please make sure the photographer is aware of this prior to the wedding.

BOOKINGS

If you would like to know more before completing the booking form please telephone us on 01488 685256 and we will talk you through the day. If however you are now happy to book please complete our wedding booking form.

On receipt of your booking form we will immediately confirm our availability and send you a written confirmation, a quote and an invoice for the deposit. Once the invoice is paid you will have a confirmed booking.

Please remember we can only quote accurately if the booking form is fully completed. A Wedding booking is NOT confirmed until your deposit has been paid and you have a written confirmation from Richard Greenly Photography Ltd.

We do not provide a video coverage but we are very happy to recommend who we consider to be the best in the field and can make arrangements if required. See our links page.

ENGAGEMENT SITTINGS – DISCOUNT!!

This is a very important part of the "getting married bit"!! These sittings are ideally done in our studios in Hungerford but we are also more than happy to come to you. We offer a 10% discount on the sitting fee to those who have booked their wedding with us and have a studio engagement sitting.
