USA – STANDARD SITTINGS

I will be making my annual visit to New York and surrounding States from the 5th to 15th September this year.

SITTING FEES

SITTING FEE EXPLAINED

• Sittings take place in your home or garden during Richard's tours to the USA.
• You should allow 2½ to 3 hours for a sitting for 3 children at home.
• A sitting for three children will produce approx 135 photographs from which you can choose.
• Each child is photographed for 20 minutes alone, followed by children and family groups.
• Individual sitters in addition to three are charged for at $120.00 each.
• The sitting fee includes one 10x8 inch mounted and signed photograph per individual sitter.
• The Sitting Fees applies to ONE family and covers the expenses for individual photographs of each child and some family groups i.e. all children in one group and the whole family in another group.
• I am delighted to photograph Parents individually at a cost of $120.00 each. Please warn us.

• The sitting fee is for BW and Colour.
• Bookings are not weather reliant. In wet weather we go under cover or wait it out.
• Delivery of proofs is three weeks and delivery of re-orders is four weeks.

TRAVEL

Travelling around the country is time consuming and expensive and I tend to travel quite large distances in the USA. When I am required to travel over 50 miles from my various bases in the USA, I make a charge to cover my motoring costs. If you are in any doubt, please ask for an estimate.

DELIVERY

The standard delivery time is 4 weeks to the USA. Our prints are made by hand and will last a lifetime. The hand process and the quality we maintain takes time, as does the shipping.

CANCELLATIONS

Tour sittings cancelled within 14 days of the due date will attract an 85% cancellation fee. We are very understanding in a REAL emergency. Please remember these tours are built around your request to be photographed where ever you may live in the world and last minute cancellations cost us all dearly. Please give us time to fill any vacancy you might create and we will all be happy.

EXCHANGE RATE

All prices charged for USA sittings are the same as for the UK except for the sitting fee, which is slightly higher to incorporate flights, hotel and renal cars etc. The exchange rate used will be the published rate at the time the invoice is created.
