This portrait photography service is totally optional and will operate on selected Wednesday afternoons from 2 to 6pm during the Michaelmas term to catch new pupils and the Summer Term to catch leavers. All students however are welcome to attend during either term.

Sittings will be kept as informal as possible within a studio setting in the Old Library at Pangbourne College and will last approx 10 minutes each. During the sitting, 15 photographs will be taken of each sitter. We will take a series of full length, half length and head and shoulders portraits. Within three weeks of the sitting you will be sent a contact sheet of approximately 15 proofs from which you can select your Portraits and Cut Outs.

Photographs will be taken in black and white unless you request otherwise on the booking form above.

The photographs can be taken in a choice of clothing. Please state your requirements on the booking form.

We are also happy to photograph siblings together and small groups of leavers for both Portraits and Cut Outs.

The cost of the sitting to include photography, film, proofs, postage, packing and VAT is as follows: -

To ensure the School is in no way burdened by the administration of this activity, all bookings and financial arrangements should be made direct with this office.

Those wishing to take part in the next Michaelmas or Summer term should now complete a booking form and return it to Richard Greenly Photography Ltd. It must reach us by no later than the end of the 2nd week of the appropriate term. To be safe, why not do it now? Once we receive your booking form, we will send each pupil taking part a letter, giving the date, the time, the venue and all clothing instructions. A copy of this letter will also be sent to you and a list of those taking part will be sent to the school.
